1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Exceptions:
    • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved gear).
    • Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page).
    • Consumables (e.g., food, fuel canisters).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization:

    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Item:
    • Securely package the item and include the original receipt or packing slip.

3. Refund Process

6. Final Sale Items

  • Non-Returnable: Clearance, discounted, or “Final Sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. International Returns
